About
A small collection of homes, cared for up close
Our story
Our treasure began with one home
When we arrived in the United States as an immigrant family, we began building a new chapter of our lives. Among the dreams I carried with me was starting a business in something I knew and enjoyed: tourism and hospitality.
The opportunity came in the middle of the uncertainty of the pandemic, while property prices kept rising. Deciding to invest in our first home on Marco Island frightened me. It was a big step for our family, but also a chance to put into practice my training in tourism business management and what I had learned working in the industry.
That is how Sea Glass House began.
I decorated it myself, choosing every piece of furniture, every color and every detail. I wanted a home that felt bright, welcoming and connected to the sea; a place where I would want to spend a few days with my own family.
Then I published the listing and the first bookings arrived. I remember the excitement of reading the reviews and discovering what our guests had enjoyed. Their words, together with the steady occupancy, gave me the confidence to keep going. What had started with so many doubts was taking shape.
The following year I decided to take another step, and Villa Aquamarine arrived. I lived the process again: transforming a house, giving it personality and preparing it to welcome guests. With two properties, I understood that I needed to bring all that work together under one identity: a brand that expressed the care I put into them and would let me keep growing.
In 2025, Junonia Collection was born.
The name
The shell that inspired our name
I chose the name thinking of one of the small joys of life by the sea: walking along the shore looking for shells. Among those who love that search, finding a Junonia has a special meaning. It is a find to celebrate, as if the sea had left a treasure at your feet.
That was exactly the feeling I wanted our homes to convey: the joy of discovering a special place and feeling lucky to have found it.
Today, Sea Glass House and Villa Aquamarine are the heart of Junonia Collection. Two homes with a boutique spirit, each with its own personality, where I remain personally involved: from the decoration and care of the spaces to looking after the people who choose us for their vacations.
I dream of bringing this way of hosting to other places. Experience has taught me how much work and dedication a home needs to offer a good stay, and I want to grow while keeping the closeness and attention to detail that brought us here.
My treasure began with one home. I hope you find yours here.
With love,
